Brewers Already Hit 1 Million Ticket Mark.
The Brewers reached the mark at the second earliest date ever. Second to last year. I wasn't expecting this, as I figured last year's early milestone was simply a product of the playoffs, and it wouldn't be repeated.

This really says a lot about the sustained success of the team
as well as the sustained interest of the fans. The team is reaching a crossroads here, as the Fielder window is closing, but if they can handle his situation the right way, 3 million tickets per year could be here to stay.

That would be pretty cool if 3 millions fans became the norm
They’re gonna need it continue this trend to keep the payroll where it is.

Exactly.
Selling 1 Mil this early, with a team that looks to be at least as good as last year’s, is a sign that we’re on pace to hit 3 Mil fans. And 3 million fans is a sign that we’ll be able to sustain a similary payroll.
