Kirbir's Pictures of the Week

The Brewers have won half of their last six games. They lost half too, but I'm a glass half full kind of person. Two of the wins have come at the expense of the Chicago Cubs. One can only hope that trend continues into the regular season.

During the past week, we at Brew Crew Ball have been blessed with having a few members attending spring training games down in Maryville. The pictures this week are from our very own SgtClueLs!

Follow the jump to see how his week in Arizona has gone!

Ryan Braun and Alcides Escobar chat before Esky's turn at bat Friday against the Cubs.

Braun waits for a pitch while buddy Prince Fielder warms up.

Weeks_cubs_medium
Rickie Weeks almost hits the ball Friday against the Cubs. But almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. I'm not so sure about redneck horseshoes though.

Braun_signing_padres_medium
One word? Jealousy. Apparently Braun actually likes to talk to you when signing autographs.

Macha_padres_medium
Ken Macha talked about the team needing solid hitting, defense, and a little luck. I would say he should look into the force, but something tells me he's seen and uses lines from this list regularly.

Sausages__as_medium
And you thought sausages could only live like rock stars in Wisconsin.

Beer_goggles__high_socks__silver_hair_vendor_medium
Out of all of SgtClueLs' pictures, I think this might be the sexiest. Rawwwr.

Some people are 'glass half full' poeple. Some are 'glass half empty' people.

Engineers know that the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Or is there half as much liquid in it as there could be?

That's all I've got for you today, unless you're interested in some Chris Capuano/Tom Haudricourt Fan Fiction.

The amount of liquid is a spec that was given by the client. We're only designing the glass here, Kyle.

or

someone drank half of your beer while you were busy designing.

Q: Did you ever scout Corey Hart? What seems to be holding him back from being a good hitter for AVG?

A: The slider away. And that facial hair.

Unfortunately,

Braun didn’t tell me he loved me while I was getting his autograph. I’d been waiting for that moment for my entire life…or…the last 3 years of it.

I don't know whether to be happy or sad about that

That unrequited love though, it’s a pisser
