Minor League Game Thread #1: Nashville, Huntsville and Brevard County in action
What are you doing with your off day? If you're anything like me, you're taking the opportunity to listen to some of the future Brewers in action as part of Minor League Opening Day.
Via Brewerfan.net's Link Report, we have audio links for each of the following games tonight:
- In AAA, Kameron Loe and Nashville are visiting Iowa. Pregame starts at 6:15, with game time at 6:35 and new Sounds broadcaster Stu Paul on the call.
- In AA, Amaury Rivas is starting for Huntsville as they open the season at Chattanooga. Coverage starts at 5, first pitch at 5:15.
- In High A, Cody Scarpetta and Brevard County are hosting Daytona. Coverage starts at 5:55, with friend of the site Stephen C. Smith of SpaceCoastBaseball.com on the call.
We'll have to wait until tomorrow for the first Wisconsin Timber Rattler broadcast of 2010: The Rattlers were snowed out today. Hopefully the sun will come out tomorrow and everything will be ready for their doubleheader.
If the above links don't work, you might need to get to the broadcasts via the MiLB.com Gameday Audio page instead. Enjoy the games!

The Huntsville first inning was happy, Cain singled, stole second, and was doubled in by Lawrie. Taylor Green later brought in Lawrie on a sac fly. Looks like Rivas has done well through three innings.
