This organization does not like to use the word platoon. Here is an Outfield Example:

A third example that never came to fruition was Hall and Mike Lamb.
One thing is consistent however, now matter who the writer is, whether it is from JSOnline or Mlb.com, USA Today or Yahoo Sports, whether it was Ned Yost or it is Macha, all the articles say "Manager so and so stopped short of calling it a platoon however."
There might be some more examples I am forgetting. If you go back a few years I am sure there are more at 3rd and maybe the outfield corners. There might have been some at Catcher too. Here is the latest installment:
