It has been interesting seeing the way Macha has handled the pitching staff this year. For instance, a couple days ago, a lefty reliever was taken out of the game in the middle of an inning for a lefty reliever. That has got to be one of the rarest things I have ever seen. As a piggyback to my Parra post, it sure is interesting how often Narveson is being used. The other day when Davis was lifted, it might have been a good long relief situation for Parra. Even though it was a close game at the time, I find it intriguing that Parra hasn't appeared yet and Narveson has three appearances.
