Wilfrido Laureano was a pitcher in the Brewers minor league system in 2004, 2005 and 2006 and never advanced above Class A. He didn't pitch bad, with an overall 3-3 record with a 3.71 ERA. He was dealt to the Phillies for David Bell and briefly appeared in the minors for Philadelphia, going 3-1 with a 4.09 ERA. As of now, I don't show him appearing in the majors or minors since. Meanwhile we got a good partial season in the major leagues out of Bell before he wrapped it up for his career.
Another forgotten minor league name is Matt Parker. From 2000 Through 2004 he went 29-20 in the Brewers minor league system with a respectable 3.82 ERA. He was originally drafted by the Cardinals. In 2004 he briefly was back with the Cardinals and then wound up pitching in the Devil Rays Minor League system. He never appeared in a major league game and has not appeared in the minors since.
