LHP Chris Capuano To Join Brewers Saturday
The Journal Sentinal blog says Capuano will join the team on Saturday but he may not be activated for a day or two. He threw 4 scoreless innings and 59 pitches tonight, so he is likely unavailable to pitch until Monday or Tuesday.

Will be awesome to see him back
I take it the fact that they only had him throw 59 pitches indicates he’ll be moved to the bullpen?
Ryan Braun: He loves it.
That or they didn't want him throwing a high number of pitches and risking injury just before joining the big league club.

I would think they want to make sure he's stretched out and ready to join the big league club.
So that he doesn’t get hurt while he’s up here.

hoping Vargas
if Braddock, Estrada or Axford are the odd man out, you still have to drop someone else from the 40-man

Yeah, I'm thinking it'll be Vargas. Simply because they need to open a spot on the 40 man.
I guess it could be Suppan, too.
It’s probably too early to move Zaun to the 60-Day, if he wants to do the rehab approach first.

Probably Estrada being sent down
but the team still needs to make a move on the 40 man roster, probably Zaun or Hawkins to the 60 day DL. My wish is Suppan getting cut though.

The logical move
Would be to cut Suppan or Vargas because they suck. DM’s pitching depth argument gods not water when you can pick up scrubs off the scrap heap that are just as good as Suppan and Vargas. Of course I have little faith Cappy will be any better but he won’t be worse. Narveson should be removed from the rotation but I also think Estrada should replace Bush so what do I know

Odd
that he pitched the day he was to be called up and that we are allowed to bring him to Milwaukee but not activate him. I thought the clause meant he had to be on the 40 man by today. Maybe he wanted to watch the Duke lacrosse game today and Milwaukee has better sports bars than Nashville.
Get well soon Ueck
I'm sure he was willing to grant the brewers an extension
if he was allowed to be in the big league clubhouse and they promise to activate him by the next time he pitches.

I'll be in the Park watching the game on Sunday, but they aren't going to add me to the 40-Man.
Hopefully they’ll just wait until Monday or Tuesday to add me.

I'm waiting to be added
I watched on of Petersons webinar’s and went out and struck my 2 year old out on 4 pitches. The first pitch was high and tight to get him off the plate.

This falls under "best case scenario" for Cappy
At the beginning of Spring Training, the only conceivable possible way Capuano was going to make it to Milwaukee in June (let alone June 1) was if he absolutely dominated in the minors AND the Brewers had enough injuries and ineffectiveness that they’re willing to move him up to the big league club.
Why fire the manager when you can turn over 20% of your roster from worthless to good pitchers?
All roster debates aside,
Congrats to Cappy. I never really thought he would make it back to the majors. Its gotta be great for him, after two years of rehab.
My goodness.
Golly this is swell news
Huzzah for Cappy seems like a good guy who busted his butt to get back. Let’s hope he can help the ball club that would be swell.
"It's a joke. It's all a joke.

Will Cappy finally get a win?
After, what, 17 chances?
Also, has anyone seen any reaction by the more bandwagony fans to the effect of “who’s this Capuano joker?”
