Vote in This Week's BCB Tracking Poll
This week's questions are a little unusual as we discuss Ryan Braun's business ventures, statues outside Miller Park, trades involving Brett Lawrie and the usual suspects.

I was a little confused on the first one
Support as in: Purchase goods services, patronize the establishments
or
Support as in: Support his effort to do what he likes with his money and become a baseball/businessman
Lawrie question
should have a “I don’t want to pick” option. Once something is clicked, you have to have something clicked of the options.
I think the Lawrie question
If it runs again next week, should have an option that somehow takes into account how well the team has performed. I might support that trade, but ONLY if the team goes on an absurd streak, like 10 of their next 12 or something, and end up above .500 and in a position where the playoffs actually look like they might be a possibility.

Approve?
The last two questions seem awkward.. Do I approve of something that happened 6 months ago? I said ‘yes’ to both because I approved of them at the time they were done. I don’t think I get to change my mind now that I’ve had the opportunity to see how they’re working out.
In hindsight, I wouldn’t have signed Randy Wolf. But you don’t get to decide that now.

You must be new
The questions have been asked for months and months and months, with the intention of tracking how perceptions change throughout the year.

You have a valid point, though
I’m of the same opinion that I liked the signings at the beginning of the season. Given that Wolf is tremendously terrible, he could be an albatross contract if he somehow lost his mind and can’t pitch anymore. Right now I guess I’d say Undecided, because there’s no way he can earn the full value of his salary over three years be pulling up such a poor half season to start.
Do I change my vote with knowledge of the current season or keep it the same as the beginning?
you change your vote (or at least are tempted to)
otherwise there’d be no g’damned point in asking the question week after week
