He'll make whatever team he is traded to happy
Maybe he should play first base instead. That is, he should lie out there and we can step on him when we get a hit.
Booooo!

because there's only one T in his "Mat"
which is kinda strange, so words that end in one T have to then get 2. Symmetry and all.

I would like him to be called Mat the Mitt...
It’s been well documented on this site that his glove work and or throwing mechanics have let him down. Does anyone have a link to get more data?
Erick Almonte is having a good year for someone with no power or speed
Maybe he can get a starting spot with someone’s AAA club next year.

Agreed
Sort of amazing he’s still around since he hasn’t been in the majors since 2003 when he was with the Yankees.

He's the player Anderson Machado aspires to be
They are both waiting for their Mosquera Moment.

Can I request Salome be stricken from the curiosities?
I’m no longer curious about his dismal performance. :(
not curious about road kills, train wrecks, or auto accidents?

Slappin' My Salome
"I've been banging a lot of bratwurst lately".
Uecker during the 8th inning of his first game back
Would that Cain would bring his 3 walk capabilities to the big league squad next year.
All is vanity.
not many players out there
can bring down their average with a 1 for 3 night.
