I am.

Why the hell not. He can take this oppurtunity to try to make the team next season. If he pitches well here, and in ST, let him be #5. If not, trade him.

Well within the margin of error

It’s just a matter of sampling. We don’t have exactly the same people voting every time so the percentages will change over time.

Go Reds! (This signature applies only through the 2010 regular season)

This

and also, some people probably get breathlessly swept away when the Brewers win a few games, giggling all the while, they click “Yes”. Then, when they get to work, their resident stathead/nerd/realist will do his best to shoot down every possible reason they have for loving Melvin and Macha.

"If we want to sign a Type A free agent, we would lose a second-round pick, but we don't have a way to get picks back. Our whole Draft process needs to be redone."

Looking at Macha's approval - and assuming the sample is random:

This time the uncertainty is +/- 6 people.
Last time it was +/- 5.

That is NOT within the margin or error.

Also this is nowhere near random, we are not having a completely different group of people, I am willing to bet that 75% of the people are the same
