why dont
more people want them to bring stetter back up?
Use him as a LOOGY and try out the other lefties (Parra and Braddock) as more traditional relievers to see what they can do. Also give him another shot to see if he can be considered for the pen next year.
He's been ineffective
and wouldn’t add much to the current roster. He isn’t likely to be with the team next year, methinks.
Go Reds! (This signature applies only through the 2010 regular season)
Stetter's stats look bad
But that’s only because he’s been allowed to face RHB in Nashville. He’s still been very good against LHB. I don’t have much confidence Macha would use him properly, either, though.
This.
He’s held lefties to a sub-.200 batting average in AAA. He’s getting hammered by righties, but we already suspected that would happen.
Now that's great tasting chicken!
Why would we want a lefty who just pitches to lefties
when we’ve got a lefty who can pitch to both righties and lefties now?

So that Macha has more names to call upon when he can not yet use Loe.

Peterson! No, we can not yet use Loe

No.
That might influence the competitive balance of the league in the last weeks of the season. Instead, if we get to an extra inning game, instead of using a pitcher called up from AAA, we will employ the Piglett.

I'm guessing
he comes up when Nashville is done. Can’t blow the entire travel budget at once!

Jeez I need to get my eyes checked
at first glimpse I read “suggests” as “sausage”
"If we want to sign a Type A free agent, we would lose a second-round pick, but we don't have a way to get picks back. Our whole Draft process needs to be redone."
