I was hoping we'd pay a little LOE-er
but this is a pretty good price if he pitches well like last year.
Don't sweat the petty things, and don't pet the sweaty things.
with the raise
he can finally afford his loe-rider
Too close for missiles, I’m switching to Ueck.
To be fair
It wasn’t as if the Brewers really tried to loe-ball him…

True
but it wasn’t hard to reach the loe-bar that was set before him

He wants it kept on the down-loe

Maybe
you should loe-er your expectations of your readers. Although I will admit, this humor IS a bit loe-brow.

Nice of Tom H. to give a hat tip to McCalvy
Also nice that McCalvy was able to break one first.

I heard
he is selling hot dogs at Fan Fest.
Celebrating the addition of Greinke and mourning the loss of my man crush Cain
Thanks to Nullact, I now here those lyrics every time my IPod plays Bohemian Rhapsody
"Football - For the Touchdowns; Playbook - Full of Touchdowns; PIRATE HAT and BACKUP PIRATE HAT" ~ WR Emeritus Golden Tate
The easy solution
Rather than blaming Nullact, is to delete Bohemian Rhapsody from your phone. And any song from that album. And any other Queen song. And any song by anyone who might have had anything to do with Queen.

But I know for a fact
that the BCB “silent majority” all hate Queen every bit as much as they dislike the Cubs or the Cardinals…

I like that he kind of replaces Coffey's role on this team
Because he’s more effective than Coffey at this point.
You really shouldn't hope for that.
Todd Coffey: 2009 Bullpen whipping boy —> 2010 Suckage
Kameron Loe: 2010 Bullpen whipping boy —> 2011 Suckage?
How does Loe's contract work?
He had two seasons with the Rangers and one with the Brewers which should make him Arb 1, right? In f that’s the case he’s somehow worth more than Parra? I’ll admit I don’t particularly like Parra, but given how many major league starts and his ceiling (lefties do always seem to take longer), he’s more valuable than Loe.
Maybe Arb 1 pitching contracts are always pretty much right around $1.2-1.4 million, but I would be a little PO’ed with my agent if I were Parra.
Loe was with the Rangers for four seasons, not two
According to Cot’s Loe’s ML service is 3.008 vs. 2.063 for Parra. This makes Loe Arb 2 compared to Parra who was Arb 1.
Pujols is the Barack Obama of baseball.
Not really better... just more ML time
Also, don’t forget that MLB contracts are more about what a player has done rather than what a player’s potential might be.
