At the beginning, it was like, 'What am I going to do?' I took (home runs) out of the equation. I kept hitting line drives and figured the doubles would turn into home runs somewhere else.
Erik Komatsu, this past September, upon seeing how Brevard County "is notoriously tough for power hitters." Corey Hart, meet your replacement in 2014, if not sooner. If Komatsu is really our 11th best prospect, maybe our minor-league system is better stocked than I thought.

I've said it before and I'll say it again
Komatsu is way underrated. Although he’s probably a replacement for Gomez, as he’s more of a centerfielder.
My goodness.
I like this.
Too close for missiles, I’m switching to Ueck.

A .399 wOBA and more BB than K at a premium defensive position? Not bad!
Ryan Braun: He loves it. -- Four pitchers in history with 8.5+ WAR and <250 IP seasons: Greg Maddux (age 29), Pedro Martinez (age 28), Roger Clemens (age 27), Zack Greinke (age 25).
Next year is huge for him
He has lots to prove – needs to show some HR power, continue to have good approach against better AA pitchers, show that he wasn’t lucky last year (.356 BABIP) and stay healthy.
