Vote In This Week's Milwaukee Brewers Tracking Poll
This week's poll focuses on the Brewers' eight free agents. It will remain open through the day Tuesday and results will be posted on Wednesday. As always, please vote once.
Please note: In each question where arbitration is a factor (Betancourt, Fielder, Rodriguez and Saito), please assume the Brewers have not reached some kind of unpublicized handshake agreement not to offer arbitration.
Follow the jump to vote in the poll.

As part of his contract we can't offer Saito arbitration if he is type A.
Give him an offspeed pitch down and in. He will swing and miss.
Yuni
as much as I’d like to see him go, I’d offer arbitration to get the compensation only. make a ridiculously low offer for him to see if that gets him to reject it and go free agent.
Just let Kotsay go. If Saito and Hawkins will come back for 1 year each, that would be good
If they offer him a really low dollar amount, they'd lose their arbitration case
And owe him in the $4m range next year.

Arbitration process
To further explain Supertramp’s post…
If the Brewers offer Yuni arbitration and he accepts it, the Brewers and Yuni’s agent both submit a dollar amount. If they cannot come to an agreement, the case goes before the arbitration panel who then selects one of the amounts. If the Brewers offer is “ridiculously low” then the panel will select the one from Yuni’s agent.
The Brewers could still cut him, but they’d still be on the hook for 30-days pay.
Pujols is the Barack Obama of baseball.
I understand
how arbitration works. The goal would be to get him to reject it. Something low enough that isn’t an automatic arbitration loss if he accepts it in spite of the low figure.
Arbitration figures are not exchanged until after arbitration has been accepted.
