Does this mean the Brewers are going to be holding open tryouts?
They have something like 23 of 25 Opening Day positions open now. Can we trade Prince Fielder now while he still might have some value?
This is good news.
Has Manny done anything to show he belongs on the roster?
Now they can DL him and give him rehab time in AAA to see if he can make something out of his “potential” stuff. Or even better, he has a chance to make it through waivers if he is banged up.
You mean besides his very good numbers coming out of the bullpen last season?
