Brewers related, sort of... 1947 Brewers, anyhow.
This is one of the coolest things I've found on the internet, from the blog http://www.borchertfield.com. Note new Brewers owner Louis Perini in the lower-right corner--he was also the new Boston Braves owner, and would later bring his Braves to Milwaukee, effectively ending the Borchert Field era. History is fun!

If you want to see it full-size...
I wish teams still did this stuff. This was how they showed fans what was new with the team and stadium for 1947.

I've got a very similar piece from county stadium.
My grandpa gave it to me a few years ago.
He also gave me a photo of Borchardt Field before a game that was given to him by his neighbor, a historian. The picture is also at the historical society.
I’ll fanshot them on here when I get a chance.

One of the coolest things about Borchardt field is the shape.
Since it takes up 2 city blocks, it’s rectangular shaped. Notice the foul lines… The playing field is shaped like home plate.

Whoa.
That would be fun to see a game at.

Awesome, thanks for sharing.
375’ to dead center and 265’ down the lines, yikes. They really would be hitting balls through people’s windows.
Ryan Braun: He loves it. -- Four pitchers in history with 8.5+ WAR and <250 IP seasons: Greg Maddux (age 29), Pedro Martinez (age 28), Roger Clemens (age 27), Zack Greinke (age 25).
