2011 Brewers TV Spots
None are as good as Fielder's from last year, but the Axford and Weeks ones are both decent.

The one with Axford
is the best from this year. But yeah, none are as great as Fielder’s from last year.
My goodness.
I agree that Axford's is awesome.
but I disagree on your other assessment. I think Axford’s is as classic.
Now that's great tasting chicken!
Upon further review.
The Axford one is definitely the best.
Wish there was more player commercials instead of random “Come to Miller Park!” ones.
Yeah, those sucked.
I like Prince’s batting practice one, too. I think the idea is funnier than the commercial, itself, though. I was hoping to have the pitching machine on wheels and have it running away.

Axford's is funny,
and I might be tempted to call it a classic. But come on, Fielder doing laundry while reading a book titled Elementary Differential Equations, vacuuming Attanasio’s office. Hilarious.
My goodness.

Does somebody have a link to Fielder's commercial from last year?
I’ve never seen it.

My personal feelings/rankings
1) Batting Cage: No comment necessary. The commercial is straightforward; there aren’t exactly levels to the humor, but it is still funny. I think the thing I like most are Ryan Braun and Corey Hart’s reactions as the ball hits the screen in front of them, sometimes very far from them, at something like 20 MPH. I don’t really think you’re in any danger, guys.
2) Not Open: Again very straightforward. I could see that he would end up closing the roof from a mile away. The thing I love most about this is when Axford closes and puts away the mustache gel.
3) Radio Control: Reminded me too much of the Gallardo corners ad from last season. The one thing that makes this commercial fairly funny is the obvious joke when Shaun says “Bring it” and the subtitle says “Yes, thank you”. It’s really the only ad featuring players where they have relevant dialogue, and even though I enjoyed the humor, the delivery was bland at best.
4) Fireworks: I don’t normally like ads featuring fans and not players, but I liked this one. It’s like, who lights firecrackers in their house? Brewers fans because home run!
5) Setting the Table: I love Rickie Weeks, but this would really only be funny if he was dressed, I don’t know, more gansta or something more out of place. Who hasn’t set a table before? Why shouldn’t I expect Rickie Weeks to be able to place a tablecloth?
I didn’t include the other two, they were so bad. Especially Yardwork. That commercial should be taken out back and shot.
Overall, I give the commercials a C+. I don’t expect hilarity, but they are serviceable and even made me chuckle once or twice.
I’m disappointed Zack Greinke wasn’t in any. They should have just had him in the background of every commercial eating a burrito.
but not just ANY burrito
a Chipotle® burrito with guacamole
and then show him running full speed.

Check out the outtakes
Some of them are pretty funny. Plus, you can see how they changed/edited some of the commercials.
Pujols is the Barack Obama of baseball.
Best one
When the remote control car is in the bathroom. Yes I know it’s immature, but aren’t most of us?
Pujols is the Barack Obama of baseball.
I think they did that on baywatch once
Hasslehoff’s kid sent one in the women’s lockerroom with a camera mounted on it. As a kid, I didn’t see the big deal.

Listen closely to that segment of the video
that’s what I was referring to.
Pujols is the Barack Obama of baseball.
um....I don't see/hear that
what point in the video are you referring? I’m assuming the marcum one?

Ugh
This is kind of like a joke… if it takes this long to get the punchline, it’s not funny anymore.
Pujols is the Barack Obama of baseball.
They would be funny
but some of those outtakes were scenes that were edited out… probably because they thought it wouldn’t be received very well by the public.
