On the Gomez question

Is this looking for a short-term answer if Morgan is not in the options? If it was available, I’d vote “Start Boggs on Gomez’s days off until Morgan returns, then straight L/R platoon”.

I really put no stock in minor league wins and losses.

Yes, you play to win, but the minor league are much more about developing players than winning. The majority of the teams are made of mediocre players who have no chance of ever making a major league team, and a couple who actually do. And the few good ones don’t totally control the outcome of the game. As long as our top prospects are doing well, I don’t really care what the standings say.

With all that being said, our minor league system is pretty weak anyway.

Last week I missed voting in the poll because my eyes skipped over it. I was only on the site for a few minutes that day and it didn’t stick out to me and I missed my chance to vote. Just a suggestion; attach a graphic to the poll so people recognize it.
