#Brewers have officially announced the trade being discussed by fans tonight -- OF Jeremy Reed to Minnesota for cash considerations.

— Adam McCalvy, via Twitter. With Boggs accepting yet another assignment to AAA, Reed was likely little more than this team's seventh outfielder. If moving to a new organization gets Reed a better chance to play in the majors, then kudos to the org for giving him that shot.
