This week's poll was open from Monday at 10 am through Tuesday, and received 654 responses. 405 of them were identical ballots, submitted consecutively. I'm operating under the assumption that those ballots represent the opinion of one person with way too much time on their hands, and not 405 people who held a meeting to determine their joint opinion. As such, the ballots were thrown out. Congratulations to whoever submitted them: You wasted roughly half an hour of my time and probably hours of yours.
Of the 249 ballots that remain, here are the notable results:
- 73.5% of voters are not more optimistic regarding Yuniesky Betancourt after his recent hot streak.
- 72% of voters still think Casey McGehee should be the Brewers' primary third baseman.
- Ron Roenicke's approval rating is at 55%, roughly in line with last week's 53%.
