Betancourt, Braun, Greinke, Morgan or Narveson: Who Will Be Brewer Of The Week?
A 4-3 week on the road isn't all bad, certainly. Here are your BotW candidates for this week:
Yuniesky Betancourt had two multi-hit games this week, including the first multi-homer game of his career on Tuesday. He also scored three runs in that game for the first time as a Brewer. He hit .389/.421/.722 this week.
Ryan Braun had a three hit game in Wednesday's extra inning win and had four extra base hits this week despite his playing time being somewhat limited. He hit .263/.263/.684 this week.
Zack Greinke posted a 1.38 ERA by allowing just two earned runs (plus three unearned runs on Saturday) across 13 innings over two starts this week, walking just two and striking out 15.
Nyjer Morgan had a hit in all seven games this week and three multi-hit games. One of his three RBI was the game-winning run in extra innings on Wednesday. He hit .385/.448/.423 this week.
Chris Narveson posted a 2.08 ERA by allowing just three earned runs on nine hits in 13 innings this week, walking three and striking out nine. He pitched seven shutout innings on just 87 pitches on Wednesday.

I really wanted to vote for Betancourt
But I have a small mancrush on Narvy.
The only rally animal I ever want to see has a name, and that name is Gorman, dammit.

I voted for Plush
Game winning hit and all. Betancourt had a good but rather meaningless week. A lot of his production was low-leverage I feel. Idk, that’s just my opinion.

And Kyle,
Aren’t we currently 4-4 on the road trip? Still not bad all things considered

Yes, but the weeks run Friday-Thursday.
So the first loss on the road trip was last week.
Now that's great tasting chicken!
It makes me weep, but I had to vote Yuni
His production was damned impressive and he played a large role in the blow out win. His 2-run homer int he first made it a crooked number from the very start. His errors gave some runs back this week.

His two run homer in the first actually pushed it from a crooked number (3) to another (5).
But I voted for him too.

Has to be Yuni..
he may never show up on the list again..

Honorable mention for Gomez
For the catch
Prince: "Brewers will win the World Series and I'll sign a 10-year deal in Milwaukee"
Braun: "Well, I guess there's just one thing to do then..."
