Brewers lose 5-1 to Dodgers (and Dodgers ace)

W: Clayton Kershaw (15-5)
L: Marco Estrada (3-8)

HR: Rod Barajas (9)

MVP: Marco Estrada (.155) for pitching; Josh Wilson (.009) for batting
LVP: Prince Fielder (-.129)

Win Expectancy Graph

The Brewers' best chance of scoring against Clayton Kershaw happened in the 3rd inning. Unfortunately Jerry Hairston missed the squeeze sign and hit into a double play. Kershaw shut them down for the rest of the game for the most part. Hairston and Casey McGehee each had two hits off of Kershaw. The rest of the team was unsuccessful.

Marco Estrada had as good of a start as one would expect. He only gave up one run on the home run to Rod Barajas. The damage was done by well-rested Kameron Loe and Tim Dillard.
