Interesting to see that many people prefer Lopez to JHJ at 2B.
"We’re here to win, man. All that fighting stuff, that’s for the birds." - Prince Fielder
That was the most surprising result for me, too.
JHJ is objectively the better, yes? He even has more experience at 2B over the last two years than Lopez at the major league level.

Yeah, I though JHJ was a no-brainer at second.
Almost voted for him at both 2B and 3B. I would’ve voted for him if there was a question about SS, too.

This was my thought
The reason I didn’t vote for JHJ to start at 2nd was because I’d rather see him start at SS. Lopez is serviceable at 2nd (moreso than Yuni at SS) and can be replaced without regret when Rickie gets off the DL.

This was my thinking as well

That's why I didn't actually vote for him at 3B
But I honestly think he’s the best 2B we have, the best SS we have, and possibly the best 3B we have. I’d be happy with him at any one of those positions, but especially short.

I'm wondering if those same people thought that Lopez should be the primary at 2B
with JHJ as the primary at SS.

Probably has to do with how well
he played for us in ’08.
All is vanity.

Can we at least
have Counsell compete in the Sausage Race?
