The Night Of 1000 Mugs Open Thread
By the time this post publishes I'll be at Rounding Third celebrating The Night Of 1000 Mugs, and hopefully you will be too. If you're in Milwaukee and somehow this is the first time you're hearing about the event, there's still time to come out: we'll probably be here most of the night.
Meanwhile, having this thread will give the less social among us an excuse to stare at our phones and perhaps interact with you instead of interacting with each other. Enjoy!

Probably the same reason I would be posting via my phone instead of talking to people (if I was actually there)
I would be courageous enough to come out, but too much of an introvert to do anything but look at my phone to keep my nerves in check. That’s generally how it goes when I go out with my friends, I can actually go to the bar and be in a group with them, but am such an introvert that I spend half the time playing around with my phone, and when I actually talk to them, it’s generally responses to their questions that equal no more than 10 words.

My guess for the celebratory drinks tonight
1000 mL of a beverage in a frosty mug of your choice.

Also, if your choice is an alcoholic beverage
Please be sure to drink that 1000 mL responsibly.

You just made me think of a Gretchen Wilson song that I hadn't heard in years.

Have fun everybody....
… I can’t ever really justify being away from my kid for this stuff. And then I always end up thinking “When I was in my 20’s, would I have wanted to hang around in a bar with a guy who’s a lot more like my Dad than me?”
So going with that theme: drive safe, call a cab if you have to: Don’t be like TLR!

Right there with you
A night with my daughter and wife doesnt beat much else. Flu running through the entire house as well.
One of these days I will make a get together.
Hey look, we're relating to each other!
Hope you guys feel better soon.

Hope everyone has a great time.
Really wanted to make it out, but my daughter is due any day now, and drinking/talking Brewers/crashing on my friend’s couch is not my wife’s favorite idea of what I should be doing when so goes into labor.
Have a Horny Blonde for me(the frosty beverage by Horny Goat Brewing, or the other if you prefer) and I look forward to the next event.

Afraid I couldn't make the trip.
Quote the Simpsons for me! Awwww, hell. I’ll do it.
Yes, the Frosty Mug has come a long way since an old blogger made a writeup of links off his daily reader to pay off his gambling debts. Who knows what adventures we’ll have between now and the time the blog becomes unprofitable? I’m Troy McClure, and I’ll leave you with what we all came here to see: hardcore nudity!

Was a lot of fun!
Too bad I couldn’t stay longer; Go Brewers!
I actually really wanted to go
But, I was called into work at the last minute. Hope everyone who did go had a great time!
I was disappointed with the lack of hookers but the pancakes were delightful
thanks to everyone that came out tonight.
It meant a lot to me to be able to celebrate this milestone with all of you.
Now that's great tasting chicken!
