Kyle Heckathorn
Did Heckathorn get injured at the end of last year in AA, or was his performance there just dismal for no apparent reason?

It wasnt no apparent reason
The level of competition played as might have been expected against his stuff. The knock on him was that his lack of a third pitch would hurt him as a starter once he hit the upper levels of minor league ball.
I would suspect they will attempt to give him one more go as a starter and if it does not work out, move him to a more suitable role in the bullpen.
You could possibly expect the same sort of season from Thornburg at AA next year (although not to the same level of suckitude).
Wheeler
I voted for him but seriously..3rd baseman with no power? Not good.
"And the softball team wanted to DH for me"
Then why'd you vote for him?
Bucci and Nelson are both ahead of him for me, and you could make a case for Khris Davis too.
Now that's great tasting chicken!
that's why i posted it...
I wishI I could have a do over. Any chance he could be a SS or something?
"And the softball team wanted to DH for me"
Come on, people!
Rk – .408 wOBA, 45 PA, .280 BABIP, 24.4 K%
A – .403 wOBA, 555 PA, .329 BABIP, 21.6 K%
A+ – .423 wOBA, 371 PA, .350 BABIP, 18.9 K%
AA – .277 wOBA, 136 PA, .240 BABIP, 16.9 K%
Khris Davis is a beast with a bad half-season.
Solve for X: 5.5 (Fielder) + 0.3 (McGehee) + 0.5 (Betancourt) < X (Gamel) + 3.6 (Ramirez) + 1.1 (Gonzalez)... X >= 1.7 fWAR!
B-Ref counted his half season in A+ twice and his half season in AA twice.
So basically, his 2011 stats are doubled.
Yup I just had to check because I was so confused
Weird, might be the first time I’ve seen a BBRef glitch.
E: George 4 (5, throw, throw, throw, throw).
Baseball Reference cannot contain Khris Davis.

David, Goforth and free my people.

Includiing Eric Arnett over Brock Kjeldgaard is a travesty
I will never forget this affront against Kjeldgaard.
