A surprise early Eric Arnett vote.
Though, bringing him up to the Majors would increase the chances of Will Arnett becoming a Brewers fan. I now wish I could change my vote.
Yeah, that was me. I thought I'd clicked "Nick Bucci"

No Kjeldgaard...

(PS, I promise this is the last time I’ll say anything about it. I know I’m probably bordering on annoying at this point.)

I guess they know we’ve been talking about Orlando Arcia.
kyle heckathorn
was he just THAT bad this year or was he some ptbnl that i didn’t realize? if not, a bit surprised that the #2 ranked prospect on last years bcb poll has not even been considered to this point..
I put candidates on the ballot based on a pre-ranking which is just an average of ten other prospect rankings I've seen.
Of the ten, all but two left Heckathorn off their list. Sickels had him as an honorable mention (somewhere over 20) and Minor League Baseball Prospects had him 14th.
I don’t know why everyone seems to have given up on him, but clearly it’s a consensus opinion at this point.
Now that's great tasting chicken!
I think that pretty much proves the value of such "consensus"
Solve for X: 5.5 (Fielder) + 0.3 (McGehee) + 0.5 (Betancourt) < X (Gamel) + 3.6 (Ramirez) + 1.1 (Gonzalez)... X >= 1.7 fWAR!

So next year I should just let you make the list?
We’ve got to start somewhere.

Hey, do whatever you want
I was just remarking on how humorously arbitrary these lists are, especially the ones created by people holding themselves out as experts.
