Brewers, City of Phoenix reach preliminary agreement to keep the team in Maryvale

The deal could run for ten years, but the Brewers can opt out anytime after the second year. The deal still has to be approved by the Phoenix City Council and is contingent on $1.5 million worth of improvements to the facilities.
