The Milwaukee Brewers have an off day today before they begin a series against the Los Angeles Dodgers tomorrow night at Miller Park.
Houston moves on to the Nation's capital to begin a four game series against the Nationals. In the first game of the series the Astros will send Kyle Weiland (0-1) to the mound. Young phenom Steven Strausburg (1-0) will throw for the Nats. Game time in D.C. is 6:05 p.m. CDT.
The Cardinals have an off day before welcoming the Reds to St. Louis for a series beginning on Tuesday.
The Chicago Cubs are off as well today. They will head to Miami to face the Marlins in a series that gets underway with a game tomorrow night.
The Pirates move on to Phoenix for the next series on their opening road trip of the season to play a three game series against the Arizona Diamondbacks. In game one tomorrow at 8:40 p.m. CDT the Pirates will send Erik Bedard (0-2) to the mound. The Diamondbacks will counter with lefty Joe Saunders (0-0) who is looking for his first win on the season.
Cincinnati is off today before they head to St. Louis to begin a series against the Cardinals that will get under way tomorrow night.
