No written report in Braun's drug case

ESPN
are reporting that is it possible that the arbiter, Shyam Das who overturned the 50 game ban for Braun, might not have to provide a written report as to why he came to the decision that he did.

This I think, is disappointing news for Braun because unless there is a full account from Mr Das, I think that most people who follow baseball are going to consider that he was guilty of taking PEDs and that he just got off on a technicality.

It is also probably disappointing news to a number of people on this site who enjoyed the various scientists and lawyers that frequent this place, discussing the various ins and out of the case when it first broke and probably would of added to the debate again once the written judgement had been published.
