Gallardo, Greinke, Hart, Ishikawa or Lucroy: Who Will Be Brewer Of The Week?

Stay connected for news and updates

This 3-4 week felt more like 1-6. Here are the exceptions to this week's lousy rule:

Yovani Gallardo held the Mets to two runs on two hits Monday, walking six but also striking out six. He was worth +.018 WPA this week.

Zack Greinke pitched seven scoreless innings against the Mets Tuesday, extending his scoreless streak to 15 innings. He allowed five hits and did not walk a batter while striking out seven in the game, and was worth +.262 WPA.

Corey Hart had nine hits over seven games this week, and six of them went for extra bases (four doubles and two home runs). He hit .300/.323/.633 this week and was worth +.330 WPA

Travis Ishikawa had five hits in five games this week, with two doubles and two home runs. He hit .417/.500/1.083 this week and was worth +.015 WPA

Jonathan Lucroy had nine hits in seven appearances this week, including three doubles and a triple. He hit .375/.400/.583 this week and was worth +.480 WPA.

Just missing the ballot this week: Ryan Braun, Aramis Ramirez
