Nashville Sounds (AAA) 8-18
The affiliates managed to split their Thursday night games. The Triple-A Nashville and Double-A Huntsville lost while High-A Brevard County and Low-A Wisconsin won their respective games.
Nashville and Omaha battled in another close, tight ballgame. Tonight, however, it was the Storm Chasers who came out on top. Class-AA Huntsville faced a tough task against Chattanooga starter Allen Webster. The Stars managed to hit him well. Unfortunately it wasn't enough to earn the club a victory. Brevard County had an offensive explosion, which propelled starter Jed Bradley to a victory. The Timber Rattlers rode a 7-run eighth inning to victory over the LumberKings.
