Before all of the excitement from Ransom and Conrad's hits, there was this one to put the Brewers on the board. After Norichika Aoki doubled to lead off the fourth, Carlos Gomez allowed him to reach third base on a fly ball. Then, he scored after Ryan Braun sent this RBI double to left field to score Aoki and make it a 1-0 game.
This was the one pivotal moment for Zack Greinke, where his start could have become a disaster or he could rally and shut the Cubs down. After allowing a leadoff double to Alfonso Soriano, he walked Darwin Barney and Ian Stewart. Paul Maholm came up with two outs and the bases loaded, but Zack Greinke struck him out to keep it a scoreless game.
