Torrealba is batting .233/.297/.339 in 59 games between Texas and Toronto in 2012 with 4 HR and 14 RBI. He was released by Texas on August 8th and signed with Toronto August 14th.

Edit: Haudricourt has some quotes from Roenicke on the move. It's all about having a third catcher to give him flexibility if he wants to use Lucroy or Maldonado as a pinch hitter. It's not related to Hart's injury.
