BCB Fantasy Football Mid-Final Update: Happy Xmas (The Season Is Over)

It ain't over till it's over, but... it's over. Goode Gumdrops put up a gigantic first half number, thanks to strong performances at basically every position. On the other side of things, Rock It, John Kuhn got a combined 1.4 points out of Andrew Luck and Adam Vinatieri to go with a couple other weak spots, and that was basically it. In order to win, RIJK will need to outperform their average by 68.6 points in week 17, assuming Goode Gumdrops hits their average.

The power rankings reflect where the championship is likely going, with Goode Gumdrops putting up a strong top position, while Rock It, John Kuhn fell all the way down the second-worst spot.

AWARDS!

The penultimate Bench Shape of His Life award goes to You Don't Mesko With the Zoltan in the first half of the third-place game, in which they left 64 points on the bench compared with 73.9 from the active roster. We've also got a couple special holiday awards. The Greatest Gift of All!, awarded to the team that most outperformed its average, goes to Goode Gumdrops, building up a gigantic lead in the final by putting up 33.3 points more than they'd averaged previously. On the other hand, the Lump of Coal goes to Aldon Smith N Wesson for coming in 36.2 points below their season-long average.

Next week it all ends, so it's probably a good time to start thinking about your 2015 draft.
