No matter how bad it gets, we still have a winning season...
We're also bound to see plenty of fresh faces. Not sure if that's a good thing, but tonight the Reds are sending Ramon Ramirez to the mound for only his second major league start and third overall appearance. He logged a quality start against the Giants his first time out. Here's some data about how he did against the other minor league offenses -- based on his MLEs, the Reds might have been better off with him in the rotation all along.
Going for the good guys is Jeff Suppan, who was really rolling before running up against the juggernaut that is the Padres offense. Uh huh.
