This made me laugh

As we all know, the Brewers Low A affiliate is the West Virginia Power.  I think they should probably change up the wording on this in their merchandise section.

http://www.wvpower.com/catalog/products/102.aspx

I just don't think this is the message they should be sending. It's a little inflammatory, and hilarious in my opinion. I just don't want one of our affiliates linked to the KKK.

That is bad
Seriously, though --- "Jersey's"?

I can understand how "its" and "it's" can be confusing, but basic plurals is what, 1st grade language arts?

But awesome nonetheless

Fun with quotes
Derrick Turnbow "can" be a closer for a MLB team.

What a fun game
Let me try:

Derrick Turnbow can be a "closer" for a MLB team.

Endlessly amusing
Carlos Marmol can be a closer for a "professional team."
You heard it here first: Turnbow will win the 2008 NL Cy Young.

I love his bat, but let's be honest... .895?
Ryan Braun "plays" third base.

(I know, I know, give him time, he's getting better, etc.)

C. Magruder scored, R. Weeks to second on balk

Too easy, but there's a free pun...
"Ned" Yost "manages" a major league team "grossly."

Et tu, Jeff?
From the recap of the 1986 Brewers' latest game:
Jeff Sackmann was beaming after the game, 'Not only were we making good contact, but a lot of balls we hit seemed to have 'eyes'! I just love winning these tight ones! It was just our day - no doubt about it!'

Say it ain't so!

Oh man
You just know a "good morning, good afternoon, and good night" is coming.

Damn.
I was misquoted. :)

I actually was talking about Rob Deer and said, "those eyes have balls."  But it doesn't make much sense out of context.

Weird, but not weird.
