Mountain of Weekend Links

Let's get right to it:

Tonight's game is now a 6:10 CT start, and it's not televised.  Lame.

The Brewers are one of Eric Neel's "goombahs":
I like stocks that are bloodied but unbowed. I'm a sucker for posthype sleepers. I love this Brewers squad. They've been hurt, they've come up short, they carry baggage and expectations -- but they look and feel primed for a run.

Tonight's game
will it be on MLB.TV, or is it not televised in St. Louis either?  If that's the case, I am pissed.

Oh, and Wood "a hair ahead of Braun" Sickels is dead to me.  I'm calling in death threats to his Friday afternoon XM show (not really Feds...just kidding).

I have seen the coming of the Lord. Savior, thy name is Gallardo.

Yeah
It's on the mlb.tv schedule, so it looks like another night of proxy-hunting for me.

last night
on Mosaic, I was able to watch the Red Sox game, which is odd considering i live in Boston.  Not outside of the city or anything, i literally live in boston.

Perhaps Mosaic is allowing blacked out games again tonight?

Game is on FSN Midwest
Guys it looks like the game is on FSN Midwest -- channel 647 on DirecTV if you have it.

I'm just south of the Wisconsin border in Illinois and am in the Brewers / Cardinals / White Sox / Cubs region. Are the Cardinals part of the Wisconsin region?  If so, Wisconsin fans will be able to get the game.  If not, then I'd imagine it will be blacked out.

Probably blacked out
I think FSN Midwest is the regular channel for the Cardinals, and they're not likely to cannibalize the FSN WI audience by activating it for us.

The Bucks should just forfeit and save everyone the trouble.

Crew Vs. Bucks
Isn't it on FSN tonight?  Or is the Bucks game on instead?

To be fair...
Skaalen also said he didn't think Hall needed a day off:

Am I missing something? part deux
Now, as i recall, last year when Geoff was struggling, Ned's solution was to leave him in to get through the slump.  This year, Billy's struggling, and Ned's solution is to bench him?
Remember, you can't spell Jenkins without a "K"

YOU aren't missing anything
Ned, on the other hand, may be missing most of his left hemisphere.
