Joke, or Typo?

According to Rotoworld, Julio Franco, who was dropped by the Mets a few days ago, has been picked up by the Braves. Here's their commentary:

Chris Woodward should get the boot to make room on the roster. Franco figures to be used mostly as a pinch-runner. He'd be a candidate to start at first against left-handers, but Jarrod Saltalamacchia looks like a far better choice.
A pinch-WHAT?

Typo

"I will agree that the attitude [at BCB] is ridiculous and they have done so much to instigate animosity and then block us from responding. Real mature!"

Maybe neither
Maybe he's going to a practical joker type who runs up behind people, pinches them, and runs and hides before they see him.
