Grew up in Racine, but rapidly grew tired of the winters. Now a diehard Brewers fan in Braves country here in Myrtle Beach, SC. Friends wondered how I would survive living in a city 5 hours from the nearest MLB club (Atlanta). However, we've got the Braves A affiliate here, so I've had the opportunity to see some ML players (Franceour, McCann, Saltalamacchia, CJames) in their baseball infancy. Also, the highlight in my MB Pelicans fanhood was watching Jose Capellan (yes, THAT one) pitch 8 innings of no-hit ball for the Pelicans, then subsequently get traded to the Brewers for Dan Kolb.
Love watching any Brewers game I can catch, tho.
