The Brewers and Jeff Cirillo have agreed to a 1 year deal worth $850,000. A nice pay raise from the league minimum the Brewers gave him last year.
I know Yost puts a good deal of importance on having veteran influence. With Helling and Cirillo on the roster you've got veteran influence in the bullpen and the dugout. Fitting they should get similar contracts.
Cirillo's contract has bonuses based on plate appearances.
The associated press has a little blurb about it. See the funny thing I did with that link?
Welcome back Jeff!
