Open Thread: Game 57, New York Yankees (28-28) at Milwaukee (26-30)

If you had told me before the season began that the Yankees would come to town in June just two games better than the Brewers, I think I would've tried to get you to put some cash behind it.

And, obviously, I would've lost.

Tonight is the battle of the lefties, as Doug Davis (7-5, 3.62) goes against Randy Johnson (5-4, 3.92).  Just as it's surprising that the Brewers are holding their own with the Bronx Bombers, it's shocking to see how Davis's numbers--even with some sub-standard outings and some uncharacteristic control problems--compare with the Big Unit's.

Go Brewers!
