It's Tomo Ohka (6-5, 4.05) vs. Claudio Vargas (3-5, 5.81). Unfortunately, Ohka doesn't have the same motivation to beat a former team as he did a couple of outings ago against the Nats, but maybe he has a little-known blood feud with his former teammate Vargas. Hey, whatever works!
