He signed a minor league contract with the Blue Jays.
He actually pitched better for the Brewers than he had in years; despite the 5.14 ERA, he struck out almost 8 per nine innings, much better than he'd done in any other ML season. Even granting that he's mostly been a starter, just last year (2005) he put up a measly 4.5 K-rate for Boston in 56 relief innings.
Anyway, enough gilding of farts, this basically just means one more crappy reliever the Brewers can't be tempted to sign.
