Less than half an hour after I was asked about it on Sports Bloggers Live, I read this:
Three days after returning Derrick Turnbow to the closer's role, Yost flip-flopped today and said newcomer Francisco Cordero would take over that duty. Yost made the reversal after having to take Turnbow out of the game Sunday against Cincinnati with a save on the line and using Cordero to finish the 4-3 victory.
After yesterday's debacle, this should come as no surprise; on the other hand, Coco has pitched each of the last three days. If Turnbow's out and Cordero's tired, does that mean we turn back to Kolb?
This is so confusing.
