Sheets on the comeback trail!

He's alive!

Right-hander Ben Sheets is scheduled to begin a minor league injury rehabilitation stint with a start for the Milwaukee Brewers' Triple-A affiliate on Sunday.

Sheets, who has missed most of this season with tendinitis in his shoulder, is scheduled to throw 65 pitches for the Nashville Sounds.

Sheets, who began the season on the disabled list and made only four starts before returning to the DL, will then report to Phoenix for a workout next Thursday. He will start in the Arizona League on Friday, where he is expected to throw 85 pitches.

Apparently JJ Hardy is headed out this week, too.  Tomo Ohka and Jorge de la Rosa are continuing their rehab stints.  I'm wondering what'll happen when JDLR comes back--there may not be a spot in the rotation for him, and I'm not sure who would get booted from the bullpen.  I assume either Zach Jackson or Carlos Villanueva will go down to Nashville to make room for Ohka, but...do you really demote a reasonably effective starter to make room for Jorge?  Maybe Dan Kolb can find a new home.
