The Reds are giving Dusty Baker a three-year deal.
This effectively cancels out any benefit they may get by hiring Walt Jocketty, if they pull that off.
It should, however, add to the comic relief in the division, and will also benefit humanity by getting Dusty Baker out of the broadcast booth. If only he would bring on Tim McCarver, Joe Buck, and Joe Morgan as his field staff.
