I know it's been one strange offseason so far, but Ray-Ray says no one's even offered him a contract so far. Last season he had a .380 OBP in 370 ABs, with an .800+ OPS. Sean Casey hit .322 in 200 ABs last season, and he's retired after garnering little interest as well. Same with Jeff Kent, despite last season being the only year since 1997 that he didn't OPS .860 or greater. In this kind of FA market, I wonder if we've seen the last of Griffey and his 611 career home runs.
