In the Brewers' most important exhibition series of the spring against divisional rivals who play their home games in Illinois, the Crew hosts the Cubs today at 3:05 in Maryvale. The two teams have split two meetings this spring.
Today, it's Dave Bush against Jeff Samardzija. Bush has a 2.70 ERA this spring, and is making a decent case to start Opening Day. Samardzija is making his third start and fourth appearance of the spring, and has posted a 6.75 ERA in eight innings.
