Game Thread #-26: Brewers (5-3-1) at Royals (5-3)

While the rest of us turned our clocks ahead and lost an hour of sleep last night, the clocks in Arizona stayed right where they were, meaning the Brewers should be well rested and ready to go for their fourth straight Catcus League win, and fifth win if you count Thursday's victory over Australia.

Today it's Yovani Gallardo against Zack Greinke. Gallardo looked much better in his last outing, and still has yet to allow a run in four innings of work this spring. Greinke, meanwhile, has allowed four earned runs in five innings of work, with all of those runs coming in his last outing on Tuesday.

With the Cubs having lost five straight and seven of eight overall, the Brewers and Royals are tied for third place in the Cactus League, half a game behind the 5-2 Mariners and 2.5 games back of the 8-1 Angels. A Brewer win today would ensure sole possession of third place, which would be really important if these games actually counted for anything.

Game time is at 3:05, and the game is available on WTMJ and Brewers.com. Sunday's game thread is now open.
