Join us at 3:05PM as the Brewers travel to take on the Dodgers in Glendale. Jeff Suppan and Manny Parra will be pitching for the Brewers and Josh Towers will be pitching for the Dodgers.
The game will be on WTMJ and on MLB.TV as well. (Los Angeles-area fans can see it on their normal source of televised Dodgers games, but the game isn't on the radio in LA today.)
Read on for lineups and notes.
Brewers lineup:
Rickie Weeks 2B
Carlos Gomez CF
Ryan Braun LF
Prince Fielder 1B
Casey McGehee 3B
Gregg Zaun C
Corey Hart RF
Craig Counsell SS
Jeff Suppan P
Notes, via Tom Haudricourt: Jim Edmonds isn't in camp today with manager's permission and is also now on the 40-man roster; Schoeneweis is officially released; Capuano's back in minor league camp. Also, Mitch Stetter, Todd Coffey, Carlos Villanueva, Claudio Vargas and LaTroy Hawkins will be pitching in a sim game today and will presumably be unavailable.
Dodgers lineup (via Dylan Hernandez of the LA Times)
Rafael Furcal SS
Matt Kemp CF
Andre Ethier RF
Manny Ramirez DH
James Loney 1B
Casey Blake 3B
Garret Anderson LF
Jamey Carroll 2B
JD Closser C
Ding'd Dodgers: Catchers Russell Martin and Brad Ausmus have had injury issues, which explains the NRI catching today. Martin may play in a minor league game today. LHP Hong-Chih Kuo has also been out with elbow discomfort.
The JS blog did say that Ramon Ortiz would be pitching today but the lineup Hernandez posted contradicts that; I'd trust the Times beat writer on Dodgers issues.
